  1. In order to get all of the MicroEmacs 3.8i distribution to fit on a single
  2. disk, I've used arc version 0.23 to compress and archive them.  If you do
  3. not already have arc, or your version won't handle this archive for some
  4. reason, arc 0.23 is available on my library disk number 70.
